§1.1 - Introduction
- The idea behind BWCL is a fun-league in which all players have fun. Nobody should treat other players in a way in which they would not want to be treated themselves (i.e. hack, cheat, flame, etc.). Any violations can result in a permanent ban from playing in this league or less severe punishment. For details on this see the penalty catalogue described later.- The league administrators reserve the right to make decisions not explicitly listed there if the circumstances require this. However, these decisions will never break an existing rule.
§1.2 - Staff (Administration)
- The BWCL staff will organize and coordinate the BWCL. Furthermore, the staff is the court of arbitration in all things related to the BWCL. If you face any problems or have questions related to the BWCL contact any member of the staff.-The staff consists of 3 headadmins and further staffmembers.
- Staff decisions are made through internal, secret, free and equal votes. They are obligatory for all members of the BWCL.
- The administrators are not elected. Should any member of the administration team retire, the remaining administrators will consult and select a candidate of their choice, bearing in mind that candidate's qualification for this job.
