§3.1 - General:
To report a result the team captain has to log in on the BWCL site. He chooses the applicable opponent teams name and the results of the games played and the names of the players that have played in the games. Mistakes can be corrected for up to three days after reporting.Should your opponent have reported a wrong result accidentally you can cancel it and report the correct score.
Any team trying to gain an unfair advantage by either reporting a wrong score or by not reporting at all will be penalized.
If both captains reported the result and there is no difference between them the result will be locked (48 hours) after the last change.
IMPORTANT: A result can be reported until THREE weeks after the original date. After this deadline, only a Headadmin or Leagueadmin can report results.
§3.2 - Claiming Wins:
If for more than 15 minutes after the scheduled game time no opponent is available to play you may claim a win for this game. It simply has to be reported as a win. Each single game or all games may be claimed as wins depending on how many opponents show up. Only games with no opponent available may be claimed! All other games must be played. If, for example, 2 opponents show up, two 1on1 games and one 2on2 game has to be played, the rest of the games may be claimed. If a player is delayed no more than 30 minutes he is allowed to play if the other members of his team inform of the delay. The players rank and the time he arrives has to be indicated. That player may not be replaced if he does not show up in time. If a player shows up late without prior announcement it is up to his opponent to either play the game anyway or claim a win.
If the entire team fails to appear at a BWCL game without prior announcement it is up to the staff's discretion to remove that team from the BWCL.
Both team captains have to report the results, regardless of having won or lost. If no result is reported there will be no points! Clans who do not report their results regularly will be punished.
§3.3 - Replays:
It is mandatory to save replays at the end of each game. There may be random replay checks by the BWCL staff and you are required to send your replay to a BWCL staff member if asked to. You help us with that, to catch cheaters. There will be a minor penalty if you fail to produce your replay on request. No excuses are accepted.§3.4 - Postponing games
Any postponement must be posted on our postponement message board at least 24 hours before the game starts, i.e. 7 p.m. on Saturday. We encourage you to also inform the team captain of the opposing team to avoid missunderstanding. The new date and time for the game can be discussed in the corresponding message board thread. It is only allowed to postpone maximal two 1on1s and maximal one 2on2. If a clan postpones more than that these games count as not postponed. However, a clan may postpone one full clanwar per season. It has to be made clear that the clan uses this option in the postponementrequest.
A clan may only postpone a total of 15 games per season.
If you chose to postpone a complete clanwar, you will only be able to postpone 9 other games.
The admins furthermore reserve the right to refuse the postponement of games if it is obvious, that a certain player is absent regularly.
NOTE: The clan that postponed has to organize the date for the postponed games
The clan that postpones has two weeks time to organize the postponed games. (For the last 2 playdays, consider the official deadline for the season!)
In case you couldn't manage to organize the games during these two weeks, contact your responsible league admin! He will set a date which is then mandatory for both clans.
If the postponing clan does neither manage to arrange a date for the games with the opponennt nor contact an admin within 3 weeks after the postponement, the opponent can claim freewin.
Important: The admin will set a date he regards as adequate. Therefore it is possible that the date collides with other allegiances of one or both clans. This is indispensable and will not cause a change of the date.
Because of this we advise you to organize the dates of your postponed clanwars yourselves.
§3.4.1 - Players in postponed games
In case of postponement, the position of the postponed game and the gamer has to be revealed by the postponing clan on our board. If this information is not shared, the game(s) does not count as postponed!
The opposing clan does not have to nominate a player beforehand, they can do it when the game is scheduled to be played.
When playing a postponed game, the clan that did not postponed is allowed to use any player that is listed on the rescheduled date, even if the player was not listed on the original playday.
§3.4.2
If there happens to be an unclarity about the interpretation of the BWCL-rules and no admin is available the game can be postponed spontaneously and the admins have to be contacted as soon as possible, preferably through the BWCL-board. Don't forget to take screenshots, to proof the situation.§3.5 - End of season
There is a last reporting date at the end of the season. This is usually one week after the last regular game. Results can only be reported until this time, any later reports will not count; the non-reporting team will get 0 points for any non-reported game.In case of a tie which is relevant for promoting or denoting to a higher or lower league, the winner of the game in which the two tied teams faced each other will take the higher league rank automatically. Should that game have been tied as well there will be another match between the two teams.
