Does someone know when will new season start?

and about this new system, if someone knows english and has time to translate it (or at least tell me in short what it is about)I would be very thankfull...

new season start will probably be on december 21st (if that is a sunday but i think it should be).

as to the new system:
there will be one premier league, two second leagues, four third leagues and 8 fourth leagues. each league will now be up to 12 teams, so season length will be 11 weeks.
the top 2 teams of any of the lower leagues will advance to the next higher league at the end of the season. to account for this, four teams from the corresponding higher league will have to play in the next lower league. these will of course be the teams with the least points at the end of the season.

i have translated the bwcl rules & regulations into english recently and they will be put on the new bwcl page asap.

there will be a new bwcl homepage with an internal mail system. all postponements must be made via this mail system which will make it possible to easily check whether or not a request was made in time.

we plan a fair play award as well as a bwcl cup, details on this will follow during the next season.

also there will be a league counsil consisting of the clan leaders of all premier league clans which can vote on a few things.

punishments have been slightly modified.

there will probably no longer be season vips.

that's about all there is to this issue, more will follow in the next few days.

ok, next season will not start until january due to technical problems with the bwcl web site.

Does someone know when will new season start? I am the leader of my team and only one who is checking this site and league... I am going on skiing to Austria day after tomorow so that information would be very important so I can tell my members...
